Day 1
|
Arrival in Bishkek. Rest. After lunch sightseeing of the city tour: Alatoo square, History museum. Manas ethnographic complex, shopping, souvenirs buying.

Day 2
|
Walking in National nature park Ala-Archa in Kyrgyz mountain Alatau. After lunch transfer (250km, ~ 4 h.) to Issik-Kul Lake, the biggest and the most beautiful mountain Lake in Middle Asia surrounded by mountain ranges with the tops beyond the clouds; excellent beaches, and evening entertainments. Accommodation in a pension on the lake’s coast.

Day 3
|
Rest, swimming in the lake. Excursion in a history museum and seeing petroglyphs in Cholpon-Ata. Transfer to Karakol city – small and comfortable city on the southern bank of Issik Kul. En route visiting an original memorial and Prjevalskiy museum – a famous Russian scientist-geographer, researcher of Central Asia. Excursions – Dungan mosque (the beginning of XIX c.) and Russian orthodox church (the beginning of XIX c.) Hotel.

Day 4
|
Trip to picturesque Arashan gorge. A magnificent mountainside, grown with huge tyan-shan fir trees. Alpine meadows. The mighty Palatka top (4956 m), hanging over the valley with huge and snowy trapeze, locks the gorge. Swimming in hot radon springs of Altin Arashan will be the highest peak of bliss. Return to Karakol or overnight in a mountain hut near the springs on the coast of the mountain river.

Day 5
|
Transfer to Jetty-Oguz gorge. Red cliffs, Seven Bulls (Jetty Oguz), “Broken heart”. Walking along mountain wood and to waterfall “Maiden plait” (Devichyi Kosi). Overnight in a yurt camp.

Day 6
|
Transfer to an ancient caravan-saray Tash-Rabat (XII c.) en route well-saved Stony Fortress – hotel on the ancient Silk Road from China to Europe. En route visiting a small ethnographic museum in “Kochkor” settlement. Overnight in the yurt camp.

Day 7
|
Transfer to high mountain (3000m above sea level) Son Kul Lake. A huge intermontane basin, partly filled with the lake, during the ages it is a magnificent summer pasture for many herds of sheep and horses. Here are nice possibilities for those who walk by food and ride on horse. Communicating with local shepherds who still keep customs and the way of life of their ancestors. The accommodation is in traditional Kyrgyz yurts.

Day 8
|
Walkings in neighborhood of the Lake and transfer through Susamir valley along the picturesque mountain Osh highway to the Chichkan gorge. Overnight in a small hotel or in the yurts on a cost of the mountain river.

Day 9
|
Transfer to the mountain settlement Arslanbob – surrounded with relic walnut woods. Visiting a famous double water fall. Overnight in local people’s house.

Day 10
|
Transfer to Osh – “southern capital” of Kyrgyzstan, the town with a 3 thousand years history. A famous Osh market and Suleyman mountain. En route excursion in mausoleums and in Uzgen minaret (XI-XII c.) – the powerful for those times Karakhanids government. Excursions: the famous Osh market, Suleyman mountain, the local ethnographic museum, Asaf ibn Burkhiya mausoleum (XI-XVIII c.) and historical museum. Hotel.

Day 11
|
Transfer (100km. 3-4 h.) to Kojolen (Khodj-Kelen) settlement – an interesting mountain settlement surrounded by red rocky mountain ranges. Walkings in mountains, canyons, waterfalls, blue cave. Acquaintance with the way of life of mountain people. Overnight in a Kyrgyz house.

Day 12
|
Transfer to Osh (100km. 3-4 h.) Flight to Bishkek. The final gala dinner with a folklore show.

|
Flight to home.
