Arrival at Bishkek.

| Day 2
|
Transfer Bishkek - Pokrovka (350 km;7 h). Transfer by truck to the valley of Chon-Kyzylsu river (17 km; 1 h) with an ongoing walk through evergreen forests for acclimatization (4 km; l,5 h). Camp (2,450 m).

| Day 3
|
Uphill to Archa-Tor pass (10 km; 3h; +850 m). Ascent along the Chon-Kyzylsu river to the Archa-Tor pass on a good path through forests gradually fading away for alpine meadows. From the camp site one can enjoy memorable scenery of the surrounded ranges. Camp (3,500 m).

| Day 4
|
Uphill to and across the Archa-Tor pass (8 km; 4h; +300 m; -1150 m). Narrow paths runs up to the pass. Final take off on the gradually sloping soft and well-packed sandy scree. From the pass (3,800 m) impressive view opens up – a reward for not a simple ascent. Descending along the path running on a gentle scree to the crest of ancient moraine from where down to alpine meadows, then bypassing the glacier with a small lake in the middle and then we sink into the evergreen forest of the Djhety-Oguz river valley. Camp by the river side (2,640 m.)

| Day 5
|
Daily round trip up the valley (8 km; 4 h). The ultimate goal is to get as closer as possible to the icy Djhety-Oguz Peak face and to enjoy panoramic views.

| Day 6
|
Descending along the Djhety-Oguz river. Then carrying on upstream the Telety river (8 km; 4h; -200 m; +400 m). En route we enjoy picturesque views of the Djhety-Oguz and the North Telety river valleys. Camp (2,600m).

| Day 7
|
Across the Telety pass (9 km; 5h; +950 m; -1050 m) (3,650 m) and further down to the valley of Karakol river. The whole route lies on good paths. Camp (2,600 m).

| Day 8
|
Rest day. Sightseeing tour up the valley to get to the foot of the Karakol Peak (5,218 m) (7 km; 4h).

| Day 9
|
From Karakol river across the Panoramic pass (8 km; 5h; +900 m; -750m) (3,500 m) and further down to Alakul lake. Camp (3,200 m).

| Day 10
|
Rest day.
|
| Day 11
|
Across the Alakul pass (12 km; 6h; +550 m; -1150 m) on the well-trodden path that leads right to the saddle (3,600 m). Descending to the valley of Arashan river first on the scree then on the alpine meadows and further down to the bottom of the main gorge where you can have a rest and bath in nearby spa. Camp (2,450 m).

| Day 12
|
Descent to the hot springs (8 km; 4h). Descend along the Arashan river to the Altin-Arashan hot springs. Bathing. Farewell dinner. Tea by the traditional campfire. Camp (2,450 m) .

|
Transfer to Bishkek (345 km; 7h).

|
Departure from Bishkek.
