UZUMFERMER is one of the first family wineries in Uzbekistan, where all family members take part in the creation of premium wine. The story began in 2008, when the family acquired 1 hectare of land for the construction of a country house and a garden. Over time, the territory expanded, the range of activities and wine production gained momentum. And over time, UZUMFERMER has become a real agro, eco-tourist and magnificent landscape cluster.
To date, the territory of Uzumfermer is 21 hectares, where there are 19 hectares of vineyards and a unique collection of grape varieties of more than 100 species. In the basement there is an ultra-modern Italian winery with 100 tons of premium wine. Currently, the range of wines produced here is 11 types from dry to sweet. Exclusive UZUMFERMER wines can already be bought in stores in Uzbekistan, and some author's blended wines can be tasted and purchased only here. The highlight of the complex is the "Garden of Eden", where on a relatively small area of 1 hectare you can plunge into the atmosphere of Russia, China, Italy, Japan and the tropics with exotic plants, ponds with water lilies, rocks, cave grottoes, unique installations. Here, on the third floor of the complex, there is a restaurant with a magnificent view of the vineyards and mountains, where wine tastings with sommeliers and dinners are held. This complex also has a Spanish-style mini-hotel with 12 rooms.
An enoteca was founded in the cellars of UZUMFERMER in 2020. Every year, 50 bottles of all types of new vintage wines are added to the collection.
Uzumfermer is a great place for events of various formats - Marry Me, team building, sports events, master classes, gastronomic tours and wine tasting. At master classes, you can try your hand at winemaking, cooking, painting, pottery, fabric painting and even embroidery.
