Excursion around Bukhara. The Lyabi-Khauz complex (XVI-XVII) is the “heart” of old Bukhara, a favorite vacation spot for residents and guests of the city, includes the madrasah and khanaka of Nadir Divanbegi (XVII century), the Kukeldash madrasah (XVI century), the oldest artificial swimming pool (hauz) - in Central Asia (XVII century), surrounded by centuries-old shady plane trees. There is also an original bronze sculpture of the legendary merry fellow and folk sage Khoja Nasreddin sitting on a donkey; the Poi-Kalyan complex (XII-XVI centuries) is the visiting card of Bukhara with the Miri-Arab madrasah (XVI century), the Kalyan mosque (XV century) with the original multi-domed gallery and the Kalyan minaret (XII century) - one of the most ancient, 69-meter-high structure that miraculously survived wars, invasions and earthquakes; Ayub Mazar (XIV - XIX centuries), - a mausoleum - a sarcophagus over an ancient sacred spring, “appeared at the behest of the biblical Ayub (Job)”; trading domes Toki-Zargaron, Toki-Sarrofon, Telpak Furushon (XV - XVI centuries), where local craftsmen sold their products from ancient times. And today tourists can buy magnificent souvenirs and products of folk craftsmen here: gold embroidery, carpets, suzani, ceramics, embossing and much more.
