Developed under the supervision of PGI Management from Andorra, the resort currently features 15 km of ski slopes ranging from comfortable beginner trails to advanced red and even black runs. During construction, special attention was given to preserving the ecological integrity of the area, including shrubs, trees, and juniper (archa).

The resort is highly popular not only during the ski season (December to April) but throughout the entire year.
Located 65 km from Tashkent — the capital of Uzbekistan and the international airport — the resort is set in one of the most beautiful and scenic areas of the Tashkent region, on the spurs of the Chatkal Range in the western Tien Shan mountains. The resort covers more than 900 hectares. Its official opening took place on December 21, 2019.
Within this vast complex, no visitor will ever be bored, thanks to a modern infrastructure designed for comfortable and safe recreation. The resort offers four restaurants serving national and European cuisine, a summer pool, a bath complex, a SPA, ATV rentals, bicycles, a rope park, a climbing wall, a roller arena, and picnic areas.
Lifts. The resort is equipped with 8-seat Doppelmayr gondolas that take visitors up to 2,290 m to a panoramic viewpoint with breathtaking 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains. Here, guests can also enjoy lunch or coffee at a stylish restaurant designed in the shape of a “flying saucer.”
Accommodation. The resort features 45 comfortable and cozy chalets — single-story chalets for four guests with two bedrooms, and two-story chalets for eight guests with four bedrooms. Each chalet includes a fireplace, a kitchen, and a veranda. By 2023, construction of two hotels (4-star and 5-star) with a total capacity of up to 200 rooms will be completed.
