We present to your attention an original adventure combined program in Uzbekistan, which includes: biking through exotic villages and vineyards near Parkent, horseback riding in the mountains of the Southwestern Tien Shan, the romance of trekking in the Chimgan mountains, rock climbing, climbing to the top of Big Chimgan (3309 m ), passing the gorges of the Gulkam canyon (easy canyoning), adrenaline VIA FERRATA.

The tour is held in one of the most picturesque corners of Uzbekistan - Ugam-Chatkal National Natural Park. During the tour you will see the most beautiful landscape areas, amazing mountain panoramas, alpine meadows, snowy peaks, rivers, lakes, waterfalls, bizarre rocks, canyons. The tour does not require special training and is available for every healthy person.

Tashkent

Arrival in Tashkent. Meeting at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. Free time. Briefing. Bicycle fit.

Biking: 35 km, 4-5 hours, altitudes 1000 - 1400 m

The program starts with a 1.5 hour drive (70 km) from Tashkent to the Bashkyzylsay river valley (1300m). Biking passes through picturesque mountain villages. You will drive through the hills in the foothills of the Tien Shan, where the best varieties of wine grapes ripen under the gentle sun in Uzbekistan. You can try local wine in one of the houses of local residents. We will also visit a unique solar complex with the largest solar oven in the world. Overnight in the national house.

Horsebackriding trip: 16 km, 4-5 hours, +742 m, -942 m

In the morning, saddled horses await the group. The equestrian part of the tour first passes along a dirt road, among the fields, which smoothly turns into a mountain path, smoothly rising to the observation peak of Surenata (2042m). From here we enjoy a panorama view of rare beauty to the Chatkal Range, the peaks of Big Chimgan and Kyzylnura, the valleys of the Aksakata, Nurekata, Chirchik rivers. After the photo session, we go down to the Aksakata River along a good path winding among juniper woodlands. Overnight in a tent camp on a spacious meadow on the river bank (1100m).

Trekking 14 km, ~5-6h., +780 m

Today is the first day of the walking part of the tour. We begin a smooth climb along a dirt road along the river valley. We admire very unusual rocky outcrops along the way, huge walnut and silver poplar trees (the colossal size of some specimens are simply amazing) with horses grazing under them. There are summer camps of shepherds, here and there suspension bridges are thrown across the river. Next, we overcome the ascent to the pass. From here a wonderful panorama of the Big Chimgan (3309m) opens - the dominant peak in the area. Overnight in tents on a meadow(1880m).

Trekking 11km, ~4-5h, -130m, +100m, -120m,+280m, - 230m

On this day, tourists will descend into the picturesque Beldersay valley from the western side of the Big Chimgan. The trail runs along the Beldersay River through glades with huge juniper trees (1750m), then a short climb to Urtakumbel pass (1850m) and descent to the valley of the Marble river. Here, on a large green meadow, the group will settle down for lunch (1720m). An excursion to the waterfall is possible, with an inspection along the way of the canyon with outcrops of relic fossilized shells. After lunch, the final crossing of the day to the Chimgan tract. Rest, optional rock climbing. Night in tents in the gorge (1770m).

Ascent to the Big Chimgan peak, 3309m, ~10-12h, 14km;+1540m, -1650m

In the morning - early departure, ~ at 6:00. From the gorge begins a long ascent along a good path to the ridge of the Big Chimgan. The higher we go, more and more picturesque panoramas open up on the surrounding mountains, and right below us lies the Chimgan tract. Alpine flora begins to predominate. After a few simple "gendarmes" we go out to the grotto. We continue the route, and overestimate pre-top rocky belt. Here is the peak - 3309m. Usually it is windy here, but it is very beautiful. A magnificent 360° panorama opens up from the Big Chimgan: Okhotnichiy Peak, 1 km drops of the legendary Pulatkhan plateau, the weather station on the Beldersay ridge, the turquoise mirror of the Charvak reservoir, the ranges of the Western Tien Shan - Ugamsky, Pskemsky, Chatkalsky, Karzhantau. After the photo session - descent along the path of ascent to the campground.

Hiking with canyoning elements. 14km, 5-6 h, -170m.,+500m, -1000m

Hiking begins with a passing through the Chimgan recreation area to the Pesochny pass (1830m). From the pass you can climb another 270m higher, to the top of Small Chimgan paek (2100m). From the top there is a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The Ugam, Chatkal, Pskem ranges are in the palm of your hand, the mirror of the Charvak reservoir shines in the sun with the Pskem, Koksu, Chatkal rivers flowing into it, the beautiful peak Aukashka (Okhotnichiy, 3100m), flowering valleys, the legendary village of Brichmulla (remember Sergey Nikitin’s incendiary song “Golden Brichmulla"). Descending from the pass to the Gulkam canyon through a shady birch grove, we enjoy the silence and views of the valley. The passage of the Gulkam canyon is very interesting - on steep, water-polished rocks, guides hang a safety rope, and an inexperienced person can feel like a climber for a while (wetsuits and personal climbing equipment are not needed). In some places you have to dodge the streams of waterfalls foaming here and jump over rocky baths with crystal clear water. At the same time, the entire passage of the canyon is organized by mountain guides as safely as possible. If desired, swimming in rock baths and under waterfalls is possible. After passing the Gulkamsky canyon, we go to the village of Yangikurgan. Here the group is waiting for vehicles. Moving to a hotel located in a picturesque place on the banks of the Charvak reservoir. Overnight at the hotel (1000m).

Transfer to Tashkent

Transfer by car to Tashkent along the northern shore of the Charvak reservoir. Magnificent views of the lake squeezed in the grip of mountains. On the way, visit the place of pilgrimage of a Sufi saint, passing VIA FERRATA (artificial path), rock paintings, a two-hour drive by car, and we are back in Tashkent. Sightseeing tour in Tashkent.
